The autonomous marketing operating system

Turn marketing chaos into compounding growth

GrowthOS connects every marketing and revenue system, uncovers evidence-backed opportunities and safely executes approved changes — so agencies can grow more clients with less manual work.

Real outcomes. Governed automation. Complete visibility.

    Verified revenue and gross profit

Decorative scene description: four connected terrain zones — paid media, SEO and GEO, conversion rate optimisation and revenue outcomes — send data streams into a central GrowthOS intelligence core, with executed actions flowing between guardrail banks.

From fragmentation to clarity

Your marketing should work like one intelligent system

Most teams do not have a data problem. They have six systems that each answer the same question differently, and no reconciled place to decide from.

Platforms disagree with each other

Google Ads, Meta and GA4 each report a different number of conversions for the same week, and no one can say which is right.

Manual account checking eats the week

Strategists spend hours opening accounts, exporting data and rebuilding the same pivot tables before they can make a single decision.

Revenue lives somewhere else

The CRM or store holds the real outcome, but campaign reporting never reconciles against it, so gross profit is invisible.

Opportunities surface too late

Waste, pacing drift and page leakage are found at month end, after the spend has already gone.

AI tools recommend without evidence

Suggestions arrive with no data lineage, no confidence and no way to check the working before acting.

Service does not scale profitably

Adding clients adds hours, because nothing about the analysis or the reporting is systemised.

The operating loop

Detect → Prove → Approve → Execute → Verify → Learn

Six stages, each producing an artefact you can inspect. Select a stage to see what it produces.

Stage — Detect

Identify waste, anomalies and growth opportunities

GrowthOS continuously reads campaign structure, spend, search terms, placements, search visibility, landing page behaviour and outcome records, then flags where money leaves without producing a verified result.

Artefact produced: Finding record with the object, the rule and the observation window

AI agent ecosystem

Specialists that coordinate, not chatbots that guess

Every agent works through the same governed orchestration layer. None of them holds credentials, database access or a generic provider call tool.

Paid Media Agent

Monitors
Campaign structure, spend, pacing, search terms, placements and creative fatigue
Detects
Zero-outcome spend, pacing risk, structural faults and conversion mapping errors
Recommends
Budget reallocation, negative keywords, bid adjustments and asset pauses
May execute
Typed budget, status and negative-keyword actions within guardrails
Needs approval
Any change with spend exposure above the workspace threshold
Verified by
Provider read-back of the changed object

SEO / GEO Agent

Monitors
Search Console coverage, ranking movement, technical crawl state and answer-engine visibility
Detects
Lost visibility, cannibalisation, coverage gaps and unanswered query clusters
Recommends
Content, internal linking and technical remediation priorities
May execute
No direct site changes — recommendations only
Needs approval
All output is human-actioned
Verified by
Re-crawl and visibility comparison over the following window

CRO Agent

Monitors
Landing pages that receive paid and organic traffic
Detects
Form friction, speed leakage, mismatch between ad promise and page content
Recommends
Page and offer changes ranked by the spend flowing through them
May execute
No direct site changes — recommendations only
Needs approval
All output is human-actioned
Verified by
Post-change crawl and conversion comparison

Data Quality Agent

Monitors
Connection health, sync freshness, quota use and schema drift
Detects
Stale data, partial syncs, broken tokens and conflicting conversion definitions
Recommends
Remediation steps before any finding is trusted
May execute
Re-sync and backfill jobs only
Needs approval
Not required for read-only jobs
Verified by
Freshness state published on every surface that uses the data

Outcome Intelligence Agent

Monitors
Platform-reported conversions against CRM, ecommerce and payment records
Detects
Attribution differences, double counting and reconciliation gaps
Recommends
Which source should be treated as the system of record
May execute
Nothing — it is an analysis surface
Needs approval
Changing the system of record requires an admin
Verified by
Reconciliation report per period

Reporting Agent

Monitors
Reporting periods, delivery schedules and client-facing narrative
Detects
Material variances worth explaining before the client asks
Recommends
Report structure and commentary drafts
May execute
Scheduled report generation and delivery
Needs approval
Client-facing sends can require review
Verified by
Delivery receipt and portal access log

Growth Agent

Monitors
Every record the workspace already holds
Detects
Answers to operator questions across channels and clients
Recommends
Next best actions, each citing the underlying rows
May execute
Nothing directly — it proposes, never acts
Needs approval
Proposals enter the normal approval flow
Verified by
Cited records are linked in the answer

Guarded Autopilot

Automation with boundaries you control

Powerful flow inside banks you set. Autonomy is a dial per workspace, not a switch for the whole platform.

  1. 01ObserveRead-only. GrowthOS watches accounts and reports state.
  2. 02RecommendFindings and proposals are produced, nothing is sent.
  3. 03Require approvalEvery action waits for a named human decision.
  4. 04Auto-execute low riskOnly action types you have explicitly allowed, inside spend caps.
  5. 05VerifyA provider read-back confirms the resulting state.
  6. 06Roll backEligible changes can be reverted to the previous known state.

Guardrails evaluated before every execution

  • Kill switches per workspace and per action type
  • Budget caps and total spend exposure limits
  • Confidence thresholds before a proposal is eligible
  • Data-quality thresholds and freshness requirements
  • Permitted action types allow-list
  • Required approvers by role and spend band
  • Permitted execution hours and blackout windows
  • Proposal expiry so stale changes cannot fire
  • Verification rules per action type
  • Rollback eligibility recorded before execution
  • Complete, immutable audit history

Security and trust

Controls described exactly as they are built

We describe the controls in the product. We do not claim certifications that have not been achieved.

Multi-tenant isolation

Row-level security scopes every record to its organisation and workspace.

Role-based access

Permissions are enforced in the database, not only in the interface.

Human approval

Material changes require a named decision before execution.

Encrypted credentials

Provider tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

Audit events

Every proposal, approval, execution and rollback is recorded.

Data freshness

Each surface publishes how recent its underlying sync is.

Policy enforcement

Guardrails are evaluated server-side before any provider call.

Execution verification

A read-back confirms the change rather than trusting the request.

Emergency kill switches

Automation can be halted per workspace or action type instantly.

Environment separation

Preview and production run against separate configurations.

Backup and recovery

Managed database backups with point-in-time recovery.

Privacy controls

Export and deletion requests are handled on a published schedule.

Objections

The questions buyers actually ask

Does GrowthOS make changes to my ad accounts automatically?
Only if you allow it. Every workspace starts in observe or recommend mode, and auto-execution is limited to the action types, spend caps and hours you explicitly permit.
How is GrowthOS different from platform recommendations?
Platform recommendations are graded by the platform itself. GrowthOS reconciles platform-reported conversions against your CRM, ecommerce and payment records, then measures opportunity against verified revenue and gross profit.
Can clients approve their own changes?
Yes. Client users sign in to a white-labelled portal to review evidence and approve material changes under your branding.
