Privacy notice

Last updated 28 July 2026

This notice explains what personal data ABP.Marketing collects, why we process it and the choices available to you. It covers our public website, the application and the client portals we host on behalf of agencies.

Who is responsible

ABP.Marketing is operated by Accelerate Business Performance. For account data we are the controller. For the marketing and outcome data an agency loads into a workspace, the agency is the controller and we act as processor under our data processing addendum.

Data we collect

Account data: name, work email, organisation, role, authentication factors and support correspondence.

Usage data: pages and features used, device and browser information, and error diagnostics.

Connected platform data: advertising, analytics, ecommerce, CRM and website records that a workspace authorises us to read, which may include contact identifiers held in a CRM.

Billing data: subscription status and invoice records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

Why we process it

To provide the service: syncing sources, calculating the Outcome Graph, producing findings, executing authorised actions and reporting.

To secure the platform: authentication, fraud prevention, abuse detection and audit trails.

To support customers: responding to requests and, with explicit authorisation, viewing a workspace to resolve an issue.

To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting record keeping.

Legal bases

We rely on contract performance for service delivery, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, consent where required for marketing communications and cookies, and legal obligation where the law requires retention.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure, email, payment, error monitoring and analytics providers acting as our sub-processors under contract. The current list is available on request and in the data processing addendum. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Account and audit records are retained for the life of the agreement and for the period required by law afterwards. Workspace platform data is retained while the workspace is active and deleted on the schedule set out in the addendum after termination or a deletion request.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

To exercise a right, contact support@abp.marketing. Where an agency controls the data, we will refer the request to them and support their response.

International transfers

We operate for customers in Australia, United Kingdom, United States, UAE. Where data moves between regions we use recognised transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards with our sub-processors.

This document is a plain-English summary maintained by the product team. It is not legal advice, and the executed contract you sign takes precedence where the two differ.
